Why Do So Many People Get Stuck in Stocks?

 

Have you ever been stuck in a stock? The price keeps going down, but you still save it and hope that the share price can go up again (I'm grateful for the return on investment too hehe)

Getting stuck in stocks isn't fun, but it's still a common experience for many people out there. Usually the reason people get stuck is simple: Buying stocks with the hope of going up, but in reality the share price keeps dropping. Remember! We will never be able to dictate to raise the stock price. The market is always right.

There are several reasons why we often get stuck in a stock:

1. Buying stock at the end of a rally. Because you buy carelessly, in the end you become a hero for sellers who sell at high prices.
2. Price chase. Because you are FOMO 'fear of missing out' and end up stuck at the highest price, you become a hero again for the sellers.
3. Short term trading addiction. Profit a little, sold. Because it wasn't enough to get just a little profit, day by day the trading was getting bigger and even using margin. Congratulations you have become a hero to pay a fee.
4. Traders feel investors. Wants to be a trader. But when I saw the stock going down, I became an investor instead. You have become a hero for those who are still distributing.
5. Investor with trader mentality. I wanted to buy stocks to invest in, but they went up a little and were sold instead. Finally got hit again at points 2 and 3. You are a hero in the market again.

Be a hero for yourself and your family. Not for a market that doesn't know you at all right?

We should never start trading stocks if we don't have a clear method, don't have and carry out a trading plan, and are often provoked by news or people's words.
